Search by Name: Returns results that pertain to the specified name (and other search criteria, if entered/selected).

    Please Note:  Adobe Reader is required to display document detail or print the search results list.          

 

  1. Enter the *Last Name or the beginning of the Last Name of the person(s) to whom the document pertains.           Please note: Do not enter punctuation marks; the search is not  case sensitive.   
    *This field is required
  2. To narrow the search,  you can optionally enter or select the following:
    1. First Name or First Initial (no punctuation marks)
    2. From Date and To Date (in the following formats: MM/DD/YY; MM/DD/YYYY; MM-DD-YY; MM-DD-YYYY)
    3. Party(ies), Towns, Types – to select multiple items from any or all of these lists, hold down <Ctrl> while selecting the appropriate items.

      The following shows the relationship between Party(ies) and Document Type(s):

Mortgagee and Mortgagor            = Mortgage

                                    Grantee and Grantor                   = Deed

                                    Plaintiff and Defendant                = Clerks Min/LP
                                    Plaintiff and Defendant                = Judgment
                                    Plaintiff and Defendant                = Federal Tax Lien                                

                                    <no related party>                      Tax Sales
                                    <no related party>                      Delinquent Taxes

Plaintiff and Defendant                = Consolidated Liens

 

  1. Press <Execute Search> to begin the Search.
  2. To enter new search criteria, click the <Clear Search Fields> button.

The results list will display up to 100 records at the bottom left of the page.  If additional results are available, click on the red <More> button that appears to display the remaining items.
 

  1. To display the details of an item that appears in the results list, click on the desired item to select it, then click on the <Show Details> button.  Item details will appear in the right panel of the web page.
  2. To print the results list, click on the <Print Results> button.
  3. To clear the results list (but leave the search criteria), click on the <Clear Results> button.

Search by Document Number: Most often used to return the details of a specific document.

  1. Enter the *Document Number or the beginning digits of the document number  

            *This field is required

  1. To narrow the search,  you can optionally enter or select the following:
    1. Document Year (in the format YYYY)
    2. Type - to select multiple items from the document type list, hold down <Ctrl> while selecting the appropriate items
  2. Press <Execute Search> to begin the Search.
  3. To enter new search criteria, click the <Clear Search Fields> button
