GeoAccess is our map-based service developed by the County’s Computer Information Systems staff that allows you to locate an array of sites and physical features throughout the County, such as:

• government offices
• schools
• roads
• hospitals
• nursing homes
• historic sites and museums
• landmarks
• trails
• recreation areas, and much more.

After identifying a location, the map also allows you to display a related web site, or a page on our site, to find more information.

GeoAccess allows you to view any combination of site categories and physical features at the same time by opening or closing map “layers” at will. So it’s a great tool for research - whether you're trying to find out more about an area that you’re considering moving to, deciding on the best location for a new business, or interested in tourism and recreation facilities in our area.

GeoAccess is integrated throughout our site...  so whenever you see the  button on a web page you can click on it to locate that physical site or a group of related sites on this interactive County Map. Try out GeoAccess. It’s easy to use and very helpful. Chances are you’ll find uses for it that we haven’t thought of.

ParcelAccess is our new application that gives residents, property owners, and professionals, as well as prospective buyers, web-based access to map-based parcel and assessment information.  ParcelAccess is uniquely integrated with our GeoAccess mapping function to provide visitors to our website with a variety of data and information- all "at their fingertips."  As a joint project between Dutchess County Real Property Tax Service Agency and the Office of Computer Information Systems, this exciting new feature includes:

• Assessment data that is updated twice a year: May 1 for the Tentative Assessment Rolls and July 1 for the Final Rolls
• Parcel search based on Municipality, Property Owner, Address or Parcel Lot Number
• Easy-to-use Map controls such as Zoom IN/Out, Pan, ID Parcel, and Print Map
• Print capability that allows you to print a "Property Card" for a parcel that includes Parcel and Assessment information as well as an image of the parcel and surrounding area
• Aerial Orthophoto backdrop
