The Department of Services for Aging, Veterans and Youth (SAVY) promotes self-sufficiency, financial independence and dignity for seniors: assists veterans who served our country and their dependents to access appropriate benefits; and helps our youth reach full potential through services based on youth development principals.  The department works to improve the quality of life for the Divisions’ targeted populations through needs assessment, planning and coordination of services, counseling and outreach.
