Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program
This funding can be used by participating municipalities to address infrastructure, housing, and handicapped accessibility improvements throughout Dutchess County. Approximately 15% goes to Human Service program services, and approximately 3% will be used for the Senior Citizen Owner-Occupied Property Rehabilitation Program (see Programs for Individuals).

This funding is available for the creation and preservation of affordable housing to low and moderate income residents throughout Dutchess County. Applications are available through an annual competitive application cycle.
