What is Health Planning & Education?
The Health Planning & Education Division, within the Public Health Information Office,  was created in 1997 to coordinate the Dutchess County Department of Health's educational programs and implement ongoing needs assessments through:  Planning, Evaluation, Promotion, Prevention, and Education.

Our Mission …
To promote healthy lifestyles for Dutchess County residents through  comprehensive strategic Public Health Planning, Prevention, Education, and the coordination of delivery of local public health services.
