Dear Msrs. Ruff, Foley, D'Aquino and Palen:

Section 18-36-f-6-l of the New York City Watershed Regulations allows a 25% greater loading rate to absorption trenches for subsurface disposal system with treatment plants. This applies only to projects that are being approved by Department of Environmental Protection.

As part of your concurrent review, you may also utilize this Section of the Regulations. For your information, it is our intent to utilize the normal "no credit policy" for any project outside of the watershed.
