Are You …

  • Having suicidal thoughts?
  • Having more conflicts with others?

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Start by Calling/Texting the HELPLINE at (845) 485-9700. This staffed 24/7/365 service by mental hygiene professionals connects you with the appropriate program as well as assists you in making appointments with providers at:

  • Hudson Valley Mental Health
  • Lexington Center for Recovery
  • Astor Children’s and Family Services

If you have health insurance, they can also supply you with a list of covered providers.

HOW LONG WILL TREATMENT TAKE?

The length of treatment involves several different factors including the nature of the problem and the type of treatment.

Ideally, the person in treatment and the therapist work together to plan when therapy will end making a more helpful and beneficial experience.
