The following webpages provide authorized users information about active commodity contracts between Dutchess County and private vendors as well as New York State contracts.

The use of County Contracts is granted through section 163 of the State Finance Law and sections 103 and 104 of the General Municipal Law. Agencies and other institutions not covered by GML must apply for approval through the NYS Office of General Services and be placed in the OGS agency approved list for use of contracts.

Contracts are listed alphabetically by commodity type.  Contract details and vendor information can be viewed by clicking on the button associated with each commodity.

Regarding the New York State contracts, there may be different state contract numbers for different vendors.  In addition, each contract must be researched for the current authorized distributors.
