Location
Dutchess County is located six miles south east of the city of Poughkeepsie in Wappingers Falls NY. We are only 75 miles north of New York City, making your visit not only convenient, but without the complications of the larger, city airports.
Facilities
The airport covers an area of 560 acres, including two paved runways of 5,001 x 100 ft. and 3,003 x 100 ft, with precision VOR/DME HIGH ILS and GPS approaches, and one turf runway 1,425 x 100ft. for VFR only. Dutchess County currently holds an airport operating certificate under Federal Aviation Regulation Part 139 index A
